是指卵泡已经成熟但内膜还没有达到10mm的反常现象。原因分为全身因素和局部因素，全身因素有内分泌失调，如雌激素水平偏低，孕激素不足，排卵障碍和生长激素缺乏等;局部因素主要是内膜损伤，粘连和缺如等。

治疗：根据病因补充激素或手术治疗。

雌激素低者在月经10天开始补充天然雌激素1个单位，五天即可，用得早了会抑制排卵，用得长了会导致内膜增生过长;
