　　减肥多种多样，如运功，药物，禁食等，坚持一定时间确实能使脂肪层变薄，但其本质是使脂肪细胞变小，脂肪细胞总数不会减少，所以一旦条件恢复，细胞会重新长大，就是所谓的反弹，这是在所难免的;
