陈凤林教授指出:染色体46,XX,del(5)(q13)属于染色体缺失,本身属于携带型异常,不会影响到胎儿的生长发育,在早期流产的病例中,这种情况多与免疫性抗胚胎抗体高有关系,可以在孕前进行免疫干预治疗,孕后再加强则不再流产。
