宫外孕的症状有哪些呢?What are the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy?

陈凤林教授指出：宫外孕临床表现与受精卵着床部位、输卵管壶腹部妊娠是否破裂或流产、腹腔出血时间和出血量有关系，宫外孕常见症状如下：Professor Chen Fenglin pointed out that the clinical manifestations of ectopic pregnancy are related to the location of fertilized eggs implantation, rupture or miscarriage of tubal ampullary pregnancy, abdominal bleeding time and bleeding volume. The common symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are as follows:

1、 停经：除输卵管间质部妊娠时间长，一般都在6-8周;异位妊娠早期没有特殊症状;

2、 腹痛：病人就诊原因，输卵管妊娠未破裂时表现为一侧隐痛或胀痛，破裂时肚子一侧撕裂样疼痛，如出血多时还有直肠压迫症状，有的因为刺激膈肌引起肩胛骨疼痛;

3、 阴道出血：多数都有不规则阴道出血，色暗红，量少，一般不超过月经量;

4、 晕厥与休克：由于腹腔内出血及剧烈腹痛，轻者出现晕厥，严重出现失血性休克，出血速度与出血量与休克成正比，与阴道出血不成正比;
