宫外孕需要做哪些检查能够明确诊断呢?What examinations are needed to make a definite diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy?

陈凤林指出：宫外孕一定要早期诊断不可延误治疗，宫外孕的常做检查如下：Chen Fenglin pointed out that the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy must not delay treatment. The usual examinations of ectopic pregnancy are as follows:

1、 妇科检查：双合诊时宫颈举痛，出血多时，子宫有漂浮感;2、查尿妊娠试验阳性;

1. Gynecological examination: cervical pain, bleeding more often, uterus floating feeling; 2. Urinary pregnancy test positive;

3、血HCG增高，但是比同时间妊娠的值低;

3. Blood HCG increased, but it was lower than that of pregnancy at the same time.

4、孕酮值一般在10-25ng/ml;

5、B超：阴道全景四维B超，附件包块可见胎心或胎芽，或是血HCG大于2000U/L，宫内未见妊娠囊，可确诊;

5. B-mode ultrasonography: Four-dimensional B-mode panoramic vaginal ultrasonography, fetal heart or embryo bud can be seen in the appendix mass, or blood HCG is more than 2000U/L, no gestational sac can be found in uterus, which can be diagnosed.

6、腹腔镜是诊断金标准;

7、诊断性刮宫和阴道后穹窿穿刺，现已很少用;
