宫外孕手术后的注意事项有哪些?What are the precautions after the operation of ectopic pregnancy?

陈凤林教授指出：宫外孕手术后出院注意事项如下：Professor Chen Fenglin pointed out that the following precautions should be taken when discharging after the operation of ectopic pregnancy:

1、 注意休息，加强营养，血净可同房，下次月经干净3-7天返院复查动态数字化子宫输卵管碘油造影或是宫腔镜插管通液;

1. Pay attention to rest, strengthen nutrition, Xuejing can share the same room, the next 3-7 days after menstruation clean back to the hospital to review dynamic digital hysterosalpingography or hysteroscopy intubation fluid;

2、 出院每5-7天复查血HCG，直至降到0-3U/L，如下降不理想或升高，则立即返院复查或治疗;

2. Check the blood HCG every 5-7 days after discharge until it drops to 0-3U/L. If the decrease is not ideal or elevated, return to the hospital immediately for review or treatment.

3、 如出现腹痛或阴道出血淋漓不净超过两周则立即返院复查，不适随诊;
