恶性的畸胎瘤也能治好吗?Can malignant teratoma be cured?

陈凤林教授指出：畸胎瘤确有良性和恶性之分，但恶性畸胎瘤有别于其他的卵巢恶性肿瘤，畸胎瘤是胎胚发育中的另一个胚胎形成的，并不属于患者本身的组织，良恶性都不代表患者自身卵巢组织的性质，只要手术精细，技术娴熟，就一定能够完全分离畸胎瘤，保留患者自身的卵巢组织，所以，不论畸胎瘤的良性或恶性都不必切除卵巢。
