卵巢囊肿的临床表现个人不一，大的囊肿有腹部胀痛不适，分泌物改变，但如果卵巢囊肿较小，多无症状，常在妇科检查时偶然发现。卵巢囊肿的表现具体如下：

肿瘤增大时，感腹胀或腹部扪及肿块。如果囊肿并发扭转、破裂、出血、感染，可出现恶心、呕吐、发烧、腹部剧痛，需要急诊手术。
