卵巢早衰是怎么回事呢?What about premature ovarian failure?

陈凤林教授指出：卵巢早衰是指卵巢功能衰竭所导致的40岁之前即闭经的现象，女性外观大体正常，乳房外阴有发育，潮热多汗、面部潮红、性欲低下等。常做的检查如下：

阴道镜：外阴发育正常，有阴道

Vaginal mirror: vulva development normal, with vagina

B超：子宫小，内膜薄，双侧卵巢萎缩性偏小。

B Super: the uterus is small, the inner membrane is thin, bilateral ovarian atrophy is small.

染色体：多数正常46XX 也有部分特纳卵巢早衰45XO

Chromosome: Most normal 46XX also have some Turner ovarian premature failure 45XO

激素六项： LH FSH 大于20，有些会高于50，E2 低

Hormone 6: LH FSH is greater than 20, some will be higher than 50, E2 low

卵巢储备功能(抗苗勒氏管激素AMH)：当AMH小于0.5～1.1ng/ml时提示卵巢储备功能减退，AMH降低时，就代表着卵巢正在老化，也就是女性生育力的衰退，20～40岁为0.24～11.78ng/ml，41～50岁为0.00～1.22ng/ml，一般大于4 ng/ml为正常。
