试管婴儿是将精子与卵子都取出放在试管中培养2天后手术到子宫的助孕措施。取卵前打促排卵针15天左右，适应症只有输卵管手术没能通开的一种情况。

陈凤林教授提醒：不是适应症者一定不要选用，特别是输卵管积水，绝对不能做试管，因为积水会倒流进宫腔，冲走胚胎导致成功率更低。

Professor Chen Fenglin reminded: those who are not indications must not choose, especially hydrosalpinx, absolutely not test tube, because hydrosalpinx will flow back into the uterine cavity, wash away the embryo and lead to lower success rate.
