陈凤林教授指出：石女即先天性无阴道往往表现为青春期后一直无月经来潮，婚后性交困难。

先天性无阴道(石女)的辅助检查：阴道镜、妇科检查、阴道四维彩超、电化学发光免疫激素六项、染色体检查。

先天性无阴道(石女)诊断：无月经来潮，婚后性交困难，检查见外阴和第二性征发育正常，但无阴道口或仅在阴道外口处见一浅凹陷。直肠-腹部诊和B超检查不能发现子宫。

Congenital absence of vagina (stone girl) diagnosis: no menstruation, difficult sexual intercourse after marriage, the examination showed normal development of vulva and secondary sexual characteristics, but no vaginal orifice or only a shallow depression at the external orifice of the vagina.
